Vintage Seifter Associates Baby Alpaca Newsboy Hat

Vintage grey baby alpaca and virgin wool blend newsboy or paperboy cap. Button top. Two snaps on the lid, they are showing some age with a bit of discoloring, pictured. not sure how to clean these snaps up without damaging the fabric. I don't see a size listed, but I did try and take measurements. Approximate circumference: 21"
