Vintage Sears the fashion place stripe multi color Pattern button up Blouse

see pics for measurements aprx small/medium vintage shirt one small tear near a button . can not actually be seen when buttoned and should be an easy fix. also noticed a small part of the fabric is thin ,also not noticeable when worn (pic 10) overall great condition not sure what the fabric is but it is a light flowy fabric
