In good Vintage condition. Others I have seen with this tag say its from 70s Era. Great Blue Yellow And White Horizontal Stripes. Perma-Prest is a Sears poly cotton blend that resists wrinkles. Has ever so slight pilling and a few stray threads,but no rips or stains. Aprox size M, see pics for measurements. There is no give in this fabric. Could be a mini dress or a long Tunic Top.
