Vintage 80’s prom/party dress! Velvet top, sweetheart neckline. Fits like a corset with 2 liners in the front and 2 in the back. Skirt is a glittery green floral pattern. Some slight discoloration on the inside of the neckline above the tag (shown in pictures) but otherwise in excellent condition.

@hillpears hi! I added a photo to help show where I measured, but if you need something different let me know. The fabric begins to flare out where the black corset stops. And it kind of sits right there on your hip bones. But it’s measuring at about 15.5-16”
