Vintage Scissors Marked 12 D, 8" Long

Vintage scissors with 12 D marked on the blades, I cannot find any other marks on them but they do have wear so it might be worn off. They are 8" Long, they have some wear due to age. See pictures for condition and size This item is in good condition for being over 20 years old and not many of these around anymore.
