Vintage Scalloped Edge German Floral Plate

Estate clean out. I can't find information about this piece. Appear the piece was outline in a metallic silver or gold, but that has worn off. The flowers are still fully intact and do not appear to loosing their color or wear. This piece does not have any chips, cracks or breaks.
