No labels. Looks Thai or Balinese. Interchangeable adjustable sheath dress to skirt beach coverup. I like how it looks tied in the front but it can be styled however fits you. Pull-on, top tie, most likely cotton. The slit has been mended. Approximate measurements: • 22” flat at top, tapers to 21” • 14” flat smallest tied measurement • 34” long
