Vintage Sarin New York black flowered dress with 3/4 length sleeves, lace trimmed sailor collar, drop waist, tie back midi dress. This dress is quintessential 80's complete with shoulder pads, big collar, 5 buttons down to the dropped waist with a gathered tie that goes to the back of the dress and a slightly gathered skirt. Pretty floral pattern with a black background and pinks, greens, blues and purple flowers and leaves. 100% rayon in a size Medium.
