Vintage Sankoware Contemporary Chateau Stockpot & Lid Sankoware was started in Japan during the 1970s. This vintage enamelware pot and matching lid is a must-have for any collector or enthusiast of mid-century modern kitchenware. It consists of porcelain on steel making it very durable and long lasting. These are ideal for use on both electric and gas stovetops. I believe it can hold up to 7qts.
