Vintage Sake bowl/cup

Sake ceremonial cup/bowl with gold interior depicting a Satsuma type figure of an older man sitting in orange and green kimono and red hat holding a picture. The outside is white porcelain with blue designs. There is a very small chip on the bottom ring.
