Vintage Sailor Dress

Super cute 80s maxi dress with white stripe detailing on the neckline, sleeves and hem. Covered buttons down the front and fitted waistband, with pleating at the top and bottom. There is some piling but the dress is still in good wearable condition. No size visible on tag. P2P=19”, Length=47”, and Waist=15”.
