Reposhing this item I purchased from @damejannalynn. Beautiful fit, fully lined. Black skirt with various shades of blue floral pattern in whole skirt. Has the look of being embroidered but it is not. Sheer skirt with full lining. Cute ruffle along the bottom. Zips in back with a tiny bit of elastic at hips for a perfect fit.
