Pre-loved No retail box New 60 watt bulb is included. Spinning occurs after warm up, but also is affected by the temperature of the surrounding area and may not spin all the time. Has a tear in the paper turbine (at the top) that has been repaired with glue. Has a couple of small marks on the rice paper.
