Vintage S/M red/black polka dot blouse

This is a vintage shirt 100% polyester but quite comfortable. It is a loose bottom fit short sleeve blouse. It has black trimming at the bottom and can be tied at the neck area. It is super cute and softer than expected. Can be worn with pants or a skirt. I am a size small to medium and it fit me comfortable.
