Vintage SCC Number 4 Hand Crank Paddle, Butter Churn, SCC Tulip Shape Jar

The jar is embossed with SCC, PAT. APP. FOR on the bottom; FILL TO HERE (with an arrow on each side) on one of the sides; and the number 4 on another side. There are 5 embossed vertical lines forming an asymmetrical column on each corner of the jar, and the sides are sloped from top to bottom and is called tulip shape. The jar measures approximately 9” tall, 5” across the mouth, and approximately 6-1/2” x 6-1/2” across the bottom. There is some slight shelf wear on the bottom of the glass, and is in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks or other concerns. The lid has a red wooden crank handle and red metal cover over the mechanical gears that turn the paddles. There is something I believe is a reverse image saying CHURN 4 QT embossed in the metal on the underside of the lid. The metal shows some typical age discoloration, and is in excellent vintage condition with no rust, dents or other concerns. The wooden paddles are in excellent clean condition and turn freely.
