Vintage SAKS FIFTH AVE long sleeved lined green silk shift dress - M

Beautiful dress! Some repairs have been made, others needed. See images! One of the buttons is missing from the wrists but is attached at the tag. No size tag but measures 19” across bust waist and hips - 41” long from shoulders to bottom hem - 32” from armpit to hem. No material tags but it FEELS like silk
