Vintage Ruth of Carolina by Ruth Originals from the 1950s. Darling Gray girls dress w puppy dog accents. White collar and cummerbund waist sash. Caps sleeves, button closure in the back. Plaque in front w pleated skirt. Sweet short sweater w puppy appliqué on the front. No size on tag or material content. But it feels like cotton. Some pilling on sweater but over all good condition for vintage.
