Vintage Russ Troll Green Hair Brown Eyes Est. 1990’s

This troll is in good condition other then the white blemish as pictures on its hand. Not sure if its paint or what. The cute outfit I believe is original but not sure. Another troll for sale had it listed as ring bearer.
