Vintage Russ Houndstooth Print Pleated Skirt

Vintage Russ Houndstooth Print Skirt. Classic print in black & white with pleated detail as shown in photos & a stretchy elastic waist. Fabric content is no longer present but looks & feels like polyester. In very good preloved condition with normal wear consistent with vintage age. No size present but based on the following approximate measurements I would say it is most likely a medium. Waist- 14” (unstretched) but stretches nicely to 17” & 21” length.
