Vintage Ruffle Hem High Waisted Pants

Vintage pants featuring a gauzy ‘pleated’ layer that has a ruffle hem. These are seriously so cute and ~ high ~ waisted, they’re just too big on me (I’m 5’4”). Would ideally fit a small, could be hemmed for someone shorter. Like new, seems they were barely worn.
