Vintage Ruffle Blouse with Ribbon Detail

Ruffles add romantic texture to this button-down top and really play up the victorian vibes. An eyelet embroidery detail on the ruffles really plays up the romance and the ribbon placket adds a pop of color. There us slight discoloration at the underarms (see photos) and the elastic at the sleeves has lost it's stretch, but garment is still in good overall vintage condition.
