Sharp Men’s Vintage Vest in a Mocha Shade.Five Button Snap Front, two front pockets. Nice soft leather. A tiny white spot on rear where arm hole is .I pictured it. Quite tiny. Other than that, great shape.

I do not know what size 46 is. Could you measure armpit to armpit for me? A medium should be between 20” to 23”. Thank you
