Vintage Rubel 1979 two tier serving dish. Signed Ned Smith. Bottom tier is 10.5” and shows a beautiful duck floating in the water. Top tier shows grasses and other vegetation found near water. Tops tier measures 7.75”. Each tier is trimmed with gold. Wooden spindles are each 4” and show signs of normal use and maintenance. Remainder of piece is in excellent preowned condition.
