Vintage Royal Crown Hand Painted 3609 Teen Lady Head Planter/Vase Bow Necklace

Pretty vintage lady head vase that has the look of a teenager. Not a head vase seen frequently. Her hairdo with ribbon, pink lipstick and blue eye shadow take me back a few years. She stands 6" tall. On the bottom is printed in blue," Royal Crown Hand Painted 3409," along with a crown symbol and a black label stating, "Made In Japan." She is missing one earring and she has a chip on her chin. It appears the head had cracked at one point and was glued back together although i do not see any glue residue.
