Vintage Rotring Art Pen Calligraphy Fountain Set 5 Nibs 1.1, 1.5, 1.9, 2.3, 2.7

This Rotring pen calligraphy set comes with five nibs (1.1, 1.5, 1.9, 2.3 and 2.7), pen holder with top marked "1.1", ink with box (not sure if they are usable or dried out), and a converter. The converter looks like it may be damaged and configured incorrectly, but I'm not a pen expert. The black part screws to expand and contract. Set has been untested so I'm not sure if the nibs have been dried out. Box has a crack and visible wear.
