Specially Hand Made by Judy- Fabrics, Trims, & Tag tell me it is from the 1960's to 1970's. This is a 1 of 1 Piece so it is as rare as they come! 📍Measurements are: Chest 30" to 34" Max!/ Waist 28"/ Shoulder to Shoulder 14"/ Length 26". Will best fit Sizes XS to S; but you have to have a smaller chest.
