It’s made of a shiny windbreaker material. Zip up with snaps, 2 side zip pockets, rib knit bottom and cuffs. There is an embroidered patch on the front from the River Rats—Red River Valley Fighter Pilots Assoc. This seems like this a group from the military—maybe Vietnam? Maybe the Marines? 100% nylon.
