Vintage Richard Evans Skirt

This is a vintage skirt made by Richard Evans. It is marked as size 16. It has a button and a hook on the side. There is a pocket on each side following the seam and it is lined. The pocket on the left side is combined with the opening of the skirt. Approximate measurements are 33" waist and 28" long.
