Vintage Rhinestone embellished Tortoise Brooch. Unfortunately, this isn't signed, but I would be curious to find out who designed it. Tortoise is decorated with clear rhinestones. This little turtle is definitely a statement piece to your wardrobe. If you collect vintage costume jewlery, you should add this to your collection.
