Vintage Rhinestone Tulip Stick Pin

This unusual pin was a second-hand store find. Nice size at about 3.25", it has an art-deco look. Bright white rhinestones on a textured metal surface. The bottom screws off and on, very secure. No stones missing. No markings on back. Eye-catching on a coat or scarf, but also reminds me of a hat pin.
