Vintage Rhinestone Brooch Heart Waterfall Dangle Unusual OOAK. I think this is probably one of the most unusual broaches I have ever seen. This brooch is heart shaped, and accented with all prong shape circular faceted rhinestones. All of the rhinestones are still nice and clear. 1/2 of the heart is solid said welded back and fully filled in with the rhinestones. The other half of the heart has been carved out and waterfall rhinestones hang from it. The waterfall pieces can be worn to hang in front of the brooch or can be worn to hang behind the brooch.
