Vintage Retro Skirt

A stand out retro skirt! This teal and orange a-line skirt is high-waisted and has belt loops at the front. One side zipper with single button closure. There’s no brand tag but it’s Union-made, 80s, marked size “9/10” no material tag either but my guess is poly blend. Length: 19” Waist: 12.5” (flat) Hips (flat): 16.5”
