It is not too short- I am 5’10” and it hits me mid thigh (it looks kinda short in the pics). V neck in the front and deeper v in the back! I’m obsessed with the ruffle hemline too!! Excellent condition with two minor flaws (see pics): a pulled thread near the hem (not really noticeable) and a small hole near the top, back, center. Measurements, laid flat: Pit to pit: 22" Length: 37.5" (can be made shorted with the adjustable straps) Ships same or next day from a smoke free home.
