This is a vintage Kelly Toy Betty Boop Nurse Betty plush toy from 1999. The doll is 17 inches in length and is made of cloth material. The doll features black hair and a light complexion, and is a girl doll representing the Caucasian ethnicity. The doll is recommended for children aged 3+.
