Vintage Republic Di S Marino coin bracelet

Vintage souvenir Republic Di S Marino bracelets estimated purchased by inlaws early 60's ,could have been in the 50's. Because of the county Republic Di S Marino it could have been purchased by my father in law making it the 50's or brother in law making it the 60's. We are slowly clearing out my wife's family home. only used a towel to clean and able to see the coin, there is discoloration from age. This is not adjustable, there is definitely a link to add a closure. I'm not sure if there is no closure because it was custom fitted at time of purchase. I didn't want to change the authenticity. It does go over my wife's hand from thumb to other side ( the largest part of her hand measures 9"
