The long Bishop sleeves (they call them ''balloon sleeves'' these days) are puffy at the shoulders, ending in cuffs (no buttons or snaps). It hugs the body from shoulders to upper waist then flows, ending in a dust ruffle. Nylon zipper in back. Mock turtleneck.
