Vintage Remco DialMaster toy telephones. Circa 1960's Directions included. Uses 2 D size batteries. They have not been tried for many years, but you could talk with them and the ringer worked at the time.
I put batteries in, and nothing happened. Perhaps more for collectors and nostalgia's sake or for someone handy to fix.

@hlfogel Hi, the terminals look fine. No rust or corrosion. I did put batteries in and nothing happened. I updated the description to reflect this.
Perhaps if you are handy , you can fix them or more likely they are for vintage toy collectors.
