Vintage Reliance summer dress

I need a picnic in a field with wild flowers, stat! This dress has so much, without being too much. Two angled pockets, simple big buttons (that need some tightening), zip enclosed hidden by a ruffle, the structure, and the slightly twirly skirt❤️ No size is listed, guessing would be best for a 2 or 4. Probably between a midi and a maxi. Please let me know if you’d like measurements🤗 There is a hole in the waistband, please see picture. Also, it is missing the belt, but that’s an easy thrift find!
