Vintage Red silk blouse with shoulder pads

100% silk Bright red silk blouse. Has amazing 80s structural details. Shoulder pads slightly exaggerated shoulders and a cool pleated gathering at the waist. Could also wear open over a t-shirt or slip dress. It's a vintage size 16. Great for accentuating or giving you an hourglass shape. Probably will fit best on a 10-14.
