Vintage Red and White Polka Dot Sundress

I love this dress. This one is from the archives. I have worn it and loved it a long time, but it's time to move on. There are belt loops, but it doesn't have a belt. It can be transparent in bright light, so I recommend a slip. It is super light cotton, and very comfy. The elastic waist cinches the figure in nicely. No size tag, but I would definitely say it's a small.
