Vintage Red and White Polka Dot Blouse

This item has no tags so I’m not sure what kind of fabric it is. It fits like a medium. There is a small tag that reads Dry Clean Only- however I have washed it in a machine with cold water and laid flat to dry and it is still in great condition. It has a nice textured silky feel. It has 3 buttons in the back and has pleats at the waist in both the front and back. A flattering cut and timeless look!
