UNBELIEVABLE Vintage craftswoman-made velvet quilted maxi skirt with red satin lining. This is an amazing handmade piece from Virginia— sturdy, warm, and perfect for fall and winter. Adjustable waist from 10” across to 13.5” inches across with red buttons (pictured). Would fit anyone from a size 0 to 4-6. Absolutely stunning pattern with hand-placed fabric with subtle paisley pattern in the boxes. Really would love for this to have a great home.
