Vintage Red White Blue Scarf Tie

This vintage scarf/tie measures approx. 45 inches long x 1 inch wide. Tie it loosely around your neck (Speed Racer style), a bow, wear it as a hair wrap or a bow on your pony tail. This was handmade. It is in great shape and ready to wear.
