Vintage Red Velvet Midi Dress & Belt

Lovely and versatile dress in good vintage condition. No tears or stains found, elastic waist. Wrap front with belt loops. Very faint mothball scent that improved with washing. Machine washable! Est 1970s. No size given, please see measurements. Measurements taken flat: Waist: 14" can stretch to 19" Bust: approx 21" Length: approx 42-43" Belt is about 36" and not adjustable. I'm not sure if it's original to the dress but it works with the belt loops.
