This vintage red velour vest is in very gently loved, preowned condition with no visible rips or stains. It is lined but lightweight. It is 19 inches across the bust, and it is 24 inches from the shoulder to the bottom. It is listed as a size 10, however measurements are closer to size 8 hence the listing.
