This Express World Brand romper looks like a mini dress from the front. But it’s shorts in the back. The front bust is lined. The floral pattern has pink, yellow, blue and green. Cute keyhole detail. Modeled on a size 16 (in pants; sizing for shirts is hell) Approx. size 13/14 Measurements(flat): pit-to-pit: 19” waist: 18 1/2” hips: 23” length (without straps):28” 13” to the waist It does appear that the hook and eye and the end of the zipper may be missing. Shown on a short torso-ed model. It is too long. Would better fit a average torso length.
