Vintage Red Plaid Dress

Vintage Harriss dress Probably 1980s Red plaid Flat waist is about 13 or 14”; it was very tight on me and I am a US 6 so I would guess this best fits a size 4 or someone on the small side of 6 I really like this dress, no flaws that I’m aware of, just a little tight in the bust for me.
