Vintage Red Floral Cropped Peter Pan Collar Blouse

Really pretty vintage, cropped floral blouse with peter pan style collar, hidden front buttons, and a waist tie in the back. Please see photos for details. The tag says "medium" but I wear a small normally, and it fits me well since I was able to adjust the tie in the back. I would say this fits small or medium. Let me know if you have questions!
