Vintage Red Flapper Dress XS

LOVE this dress but making room in my closet! No tags but is from the collection of someone who wore this in the 80s and got it from a thrift store. It's an XS/S...I'm a 00/0 and it fits me with a little room to spare. Please check measurements. Minor imperfection on interior lining where a tag once was, also a few tassels are missing on the off-shoulder straps, not very noticeable. Measurements coming in just a few minutes!
