Vintage Red Dress with 70s Paisley print

Purchased from a vintage purveyor, but the arms holes don’t fit me. Would be best for a size 0, or someone with slimmer arms. No tags in the garment. Slight discoloration on neckline and arms, pictured. Zipper is in good condition as well.
